Shipping & Delivery Policy - Prepaid orders only - COD Option not available

Shipping Procedure-

Vinka Agrisciences ships out the order through fast and efficient courier service/logistics company for all major cities, towns and district headquarter. In case of remote location, we use registered parcel or speed post of Indian Postal Service. The procedure is as under

  1. After clearance for payment and stock availability, items are ready for packing
  2. Your order is packed in a proper manner so that it reaches its destination safely.
  3. Packed consignment is handed over to shipping partner within 7 working days or the agreed date for onward dispatch to you.
  4. The shipping partner delivers the goods to your billing address/delivery address as authorized by you.
  5. For locations of last mile where accessing the exact address of the delivery is not possible for any reason (in rare cases), buyers will be requested to collect the order from the nearest warehouse of the service provider.
  6. As our aim is to provide genuine original products at lowest possible price we do not accept cash on delivery ( COD ) method of payment
  7. Due to COD returns and refusals by non serious customers or fake order the cost increases which raises the prices of our goods and services for genuine buyers
  8. All order are prepaid orders as customers know we are a trusted store for many years and they get what they have ordered for.
  9. This is supported by our easy return policy and ready to help customer service
  10. All paid orders will be shipped and delivered absolutely free all over India

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS 

All confirmed orders received are shipped within 24 hours either the same day or the next working day.

Though we ship out fast there might be sometimes delay on part of the shipping partner due to various factors beyond control. Please let us know and we will help in escalating the issue and ensuring the product is delivered at the earliest.

RECEIVING AND TAKING DELIVERY OF ORDERED ITEMS

While taking delivery please check that the parcel is intact and there is no visible damage.

Please refuse the delivery of the parcel and write in clear terms that the goods are damaged and inform us immediately within 2 days via email with all details including the unboxing video and pictures

In case you are not able to take delivery of the goods for any reason and the goods  come back to us undelivered we will rebook the goods to your destination on your written confirmation by email and it will attract handling and shipping charges at actuals which will be communicated by return mail.

As our prices are one of the lowest, we would like our customers to benefit from it. We also try to save on wasteful expenditure so that customers always get genuine quality at the most reasonable price. We do the following to curb wasteful expenses and pass the same to the customers

1. Use recycled packaging which is strong and durable for goods to reach customers safely without any damage. The saving on fancy packaging is avoided and the customer is given the benefit of the savings in terms of lower prices.

2. Goods are sent by the most efficient courier partner, not necessarily the fastest. This provides customers assured service at affordable price. Costly courier expenses just to save a few days are not loaded onto the pricing which ultimately the customer has to bear

We do not waste money on providing fastest courier services which are expensive and increases the cost to the customer but orders move out of our warehouse within 24 hours
