- FOR THICK BRANCHES - This Bill Hook tool with its solid carbon steel blade serves to prune thick green living branches of small trees and bushes. Ideally it can easily slash 4"- 8" (inches) branches in a chopping action where precision cut is not required. It still can provide clean cuts and prevent excessive damage to the pruned edges of the green branch of trees which hasn't dried. Suitable for cutting and clearing wild grass, rough grass, jungle weeds, brush and clearing grape vines. For dry tree branches it can slash up to 4"-6"(inches) easily with minimum effort. Works best on live and green branches though.
